Anti-Inflammatory Eating

Lots of ginger and turmeric.

Avoidance of foods you have a reaction to. I did an IgG food sensitivity test and have as a result removed:

  • Dairy_Free-dairy
  • -eggs
  • -wheat
  • -corn
  • -kidney beans
  • -celery
