On days like yesterday and today when I drink a lot of water (8 cups a day), I feel much better. I am tracking how I feel based on water I drink but I am fairly convinced already that it is a direct correlation. Benefits of water:
- curbs appetite
- more energy
- clearer thinking
- in general feel better
- need to hydrate when drinking coffee or wine
